Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ENC Affiliate Network ("ENC", "we", "us") handles personal data in connection with enc.network, the ENC Affiliate Program and related partner communications.
1. Parties and scope
For partner cooperation, ENC is the Customer and an approved affiliate or other contracting party is the Contractor. This policy applies to personal data exchanged between the parties and data supplied by or on behalf of a party when needed to perform the Agreement.
2. Data covered by consent
By registering an account or entering into an agreement, the parties voluntarily provide personal data of participants and relevant third parties where there is a lawful basis to provide and use it. This may include identity and contact details, account information, traffic-source information, payment details, technical identifiers, IP address, device and usage data, and other information necessary to perform obligations.
Consent covers collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, retrieval, use, distribution, provision, transfer and cross-border transfer, including data received from public or other lawful sources. Where legally permitted, it may include biometric or other sensitive data required for verification, risk control or compliance.
3. Purposes of processing
ENC processes data to create and administer partner accounts, track referrals, verify traffic quality, calculate and pay commissions, prevent fraud and duplicate accounts, provide support, communicate about offers and account activity, meet contractual and legal obligations, and protect platform security.
4. Service providers and third parties
You consent to ENC sharing data with processors and other third parties acting on ENC behalf when needed to perform the Agreement, operate CRM and tracking systems, process payments, deliver communications, investigate fraud or comply with law. Such parties may process data only for the instructed purpose and under confidentiality and security duties. ENC does not sell personal data.
5. Accuracy and lawful transfer
The parties are not required to conduct an additional investigation into the accuracy of data supplied by the other party or the legality of a third-party transfer. The party providing data remains responsible for having the right to provide it and for its accuracy and legality.
6. Security
ENC and its processors take reasonable legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction. Access is limited to people who need it for the Agreement and who are bound by confidentiality.
7. Retention
Personal data is kept only as long as necessary for cooperation, platform operation, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution requirements. When the Agreement expires, the parties are not required to retain personal data unless a longer period is required by law or a legitimate claim.
8. Withdrawal of consent
Consent may be withdrawn at any time through available technical communication channels, including info@enc.network. Withdrawal ends future use of affected data and may require termination of related obligations where the data is essential to perform them.
9. Cookies and technical data
ENC may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the platform secure, remember preferences, measure usage and attribute referrals. You must comply with cookie and data-protection requirements applicable to your own traffic sources and campaigns.
10. Integral agreement document
This Privacy Policy is published at enc.network/privacy and forms part of the ENC Affiliate Agreement and its appendices. If you do not agree with its provisions, do not enter into or continue the relevant cooperation.
